The SEED Foundation, together with the Ministry for Innovation and Technology and the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, implements the National Entrepreneurship Mentoring Programme: personal entrepreneurship mentoring is a sub-project of the Programme and is managed by the SEED Foundation. The beneficiaries of the personal entrepreneurship mentoring are young entrepreneurs and female entrepreneurs as well as family businesses facing generational change.

The objective of the Personal Entrepreneurship Mentoring Programme is to help promising micro and small enterprises that have stopped for some reason in their start-up phase, development or growth, or want to level up, to achieve their goals and implement their plans by involving experienced entrepreneur mentors.

Who can apply for mentoring:

• businesses – majority owned and operated by young people under 35
• businesses with a female majority owner and a female executive
• family businesses facing generational change

Apply to become a mentor if you are:

• an entrepreneur
• have at least five years of entrepreneurial experience
• have a proven track record of operating micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of at least five people
• have an extensive network of contacts
• have other important qualities: credibility, openness, acceptability, constructive thinking, creativity and empathy
