The purpose of this Data Processing Information is to alert you to our data processing during the usage of our website iknnow.szte.hu (hereinafter, ‘Website’).

We inform you that your personal data will be processed by the University of Szeged as data controller

When registering on the website, the user must provide their email address and a password of their choice. The email address does not need to contain personal information. For example, your e-mail address does not need to include your name, you are completely free to choose an email address that contains information about your identity.

After registration, the user does not have to, but has the option to enter their full name and a display name. The display name will automatically be the part before the @ of the email address provided during registration, until it is changed by the user. Even if you do not provide your real name for the above information, you are completely free to choose a name that contains information about your identity.

 

  1. To whom is the data transferred?

 

5.1. Giving over of data within the organization

We give the data over to the University’s Directorate of Research and Development and Innovation for legitimate interests purposes of work sharing within the organization.

 

5.2. Transfer of data outside the organization

The University of Szeged transfers the data to the Ministry of Human Capacities. The purpose of data transfer is to prove tender documentation, and its lawful base is voluntary consent.

No, we do not resort to a data processor.

 

  1. Do we collect information about you from another person?

No. We collect the information about you from you, and do not collect data from other sources.

 

  1. Is there an automated decision making during data processing?

No.

 

  1. What are the legal consequences for non-disclosure?

Failure to provide information has no legal consequences. The purpose of the data provision is to provide access to the downloadable professional content on the website. However, access to other contents of the website does not require the provision of data. It is available to anyone without registration.

 

  1. What are your rights during the program?

You have the rights below for using the Website:

  1. right to be informed – you have the right to ask for information on the processing of your personal data.
  2. right of access by the data subject – you have access to your personal data we process.
  3. right to rectification – should you find inaccuracies in your personal data processed by us, you have the right to ask for rectification.
  4. withdrawal of voluntary consent, and the right to erasure – voluntary consent may be withdrawn at any time. We inform you that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing before the withdrawal. If processing of data is based on your voluntary consent and there is no other lawful basis for data processing
  5. right to restrict processing – you have the right to ask for the restriction of the processing of your personal data, for example after you find inaccuracies in your personal data, you can ask for restriction of processing while the University of Szeged is checking the data, or exercise of legal claim.
